.... want to sweat your butt off and make sure that you work on those core muscles, just try this routine...


I did it, plus some extra exercises, and I can barely move now...
Also make sure to warm up and stretch afterwards.
I have found these exercises on Pinterest (surprise, surprise!).

Let's see how it goes tomorrow.......
